How the dentist will get you out of the habit of brushing your teeth

In a world where people are getting younger and younger, the average person now spends about half their life brushing their teeth, the dentist is increasingly seen as a vital part of the solution to the tooth decay problem.

A report published by the World Health Organization in July found that by 2020, nearly half the world’s population will be brushing their own teeth at home.

But the study said that, as a result, only around 10 per cent of the world is brushing their dentist.

So, while the World Bank predicts that more than a third of people in the world will be getting their teeth brushed at home in 2020, the actual figure could be higher.

Dr Steve Schreiber, the World Cancer Research Fund’s chief executive, said the data suggests the majority of people who are brushing their mouths have little to no intention of brushing regularly.

“If they do brush regularly, they are brushing very little,” Dr Schreib said.

While people may be brushing less, the number of people brushing their lips, tongue, cheeks and other parts of the body is rising as well.

It’s because of a rise in people with cavities in the mouth and lower levels of saliva that people are brushing more frequently, Dr Schrember said.

“So what’s the next thing we need to do?”

He said people with the most cavities need to have the most care.

As a result of the rise in brushing, there are also more cavities reported in younger people.

People in their 20s and 30s are particularly likely to have more cavids, according to the World Lung Foundation, which estimates that about 1.5 million people are living with cavits today.

Dr SchreIB said the main way people could improve their brushing is to take care of their teeth and get regular brushing.

He suggested people should use toothpastes, toothbrushes and gum.

There are other options, such as brushing with a blow dryer or toothpaste.

You can also get the dentist to do a routine check-up on your teeth and make sure they are in good shape.

Dr Schremiber said people should always be aware of their own health, especially if they are experiencing symptoms of tooth decay.

“If you’re having dental problems, be careful and make an appointment with your dentist.

If it’s not working, take steps to make it work,” he said.

Dr Chris Lister, the chief executive of the Royal Society of Oral Medicine in London, said people needed to be cautious when brushing their tongues.

“[If] you don’t know how to brush, you shouldn’t be brushing your tongue.

They should brush it gently and only use soft toothpaste,” he told the ABC.

Dr Lister said he had seen the dental practice of his son having problems with his mouth and brushing teeth was “not something you should do”.

“I think it’s important that parents know how their kids’ teeth are,” he added.

“And they should also take care not to let their kids brush their teeth in front of other people.”

The dental study also found that people who brushed their mouths more frequently tended to have larger cavities, but that they tended to be less likely to develop dental caries, which are the accumulation of plaque.

Dr Richard Cavanagh, from the Australian Dental Council, said it was important to remember that people could brush their own mouths as often as they wanted, but they should not brush others’ mouths.

If they did brush, he advised them to take a break and take a cold shower before brushing their mouth.
