Family dentist’s daughter has died, leaving the family behind in Florida to care for her father and her three children.

Dylan and Nicole Kuzma died from complications of a heart condition after a visit to a family dental office in Boynton Beach, Florida.

The two were taken to a hospital, but they were pronounced dead on arrival.

Dynamite Entertainment released a statement saying the company is “shocked and saddened” by the loss of their daughter.

“We are heartbroken for Dylan and Nicole’s family, friends and colleagues who have lost a family member,” the statement reads.

“We are thankful for the outpouring of support and prayers.

We will continue to support the family, and continue to work to support others with similar experiences.”

It was not immediately clear if the two children had been in contact with their father.

The family did not have an attorney.

The Florida Medical Examiner’s Office said the cause of death was “unknown.”

The company has since announced a scholarship program for children with developmental disabilities to help them get into college.
